Residential Services is responsible for:
- Initial contact point for domestic problems
- Mail distribution
- Duplicate keys if you are locked out
- Duties connected with vacation and casual lettings
- Out-of-hours accommodation services, such as the provision of an emergency room, can, in exceptional circumstances, be dealt with by the staff
- Day-to-day running of the residence blocks is handled by the housekeeper
