Overview
Provides a one- or two-year research training programme through participation in social science research projects.
- Can be tailored to fit a wide range of social science research careers. Students agree and undertake two large research projects during the programme.
- Based on close research supervision between academic and student. Programme intake limited to 16 students per year, fostering a friendly and supportive learning environment.
Academic entry requirements
A good first degree (normally at least an upper second class honours degree or equivalent) in a relevant social science discipline, or a professional qualification together with experience in a relevant field.
English requirements
IELTS 7.0 (with not less than 6.5 in each of the four components).
TOEFL 600 (paper-based test) or 250 (computer-based test) with a score of not less than 4 in TWE or 100 (internet-based test) with not less than 24 in each of the components.
