What we do
The Undergraduate Admissions Office at the University of Bath has a variety of functions:
- Education Liaison and Widening Participation staff help prospective applicants, their families and advisers obtain information about the University through open days and group visits and representation at information events outside the University. We are also involved in initiatives to raise aspirations and broaden access to higher education.
- We produce the Undergraduate Prospectus, which is the main source of information on undergraduate opportunities at the University.
- Undergraduate Admissions staff receive applications for undergraduate courses, liaise with academic Departments and transmit their decisions to UCAS or to the applicant.
- Our Study Abroad Office deals with Exchange and Visiting students, with the Socrates-Erasmus programme and with exchanges throughout the world.
