Advice Online

In this section you will find useful advice on a wide range of issues that could affect you as an international student during your time in the UK. Remember that, if you are worried about any issue, the International Student Advisers provide confidential help and advice free of charge. If they are unable to help you they will direct you to someone who can. You can come to see them during one of the drop-in advice sessions.

The International Student Handbook is also a valuable resource for practical advice during your time at the University of Bath. If you would like a paper copy, just come to the International Office and ask for one.

International Students' email list

The international students email list is a fast and efficient means of communication, enabling important information and advice to reach large numbers of international students. The International Student Advisers send regular emails to notify students of forthcoming social events, trips to places of interest, changes to immigration rules and any items of relevance to international students.

The email addresses of all new international students are automatically added to the list each autumn. If you need to be added to the list (for example if you arrived later in the year) or removed from the list, please forward your Bath email address and user name to the International Office.
