A coach service departs London Heathrow (central bus station) and Victoria coach station regularly. Further information available at nationalexpress.com. The journey time to Bath is approximately two and a half hours, depending on traffic conditions.

Coach service from Gatwick to London Heathrow
There are direct coach services from Gatwick to Heathrow from where connections can be made to Bath. The journey time varies between three and a half to four and a half hours.

Rail service from London Paddington, through Reading, to Bath Spa
There is a regular train service from from London Paddington via Reading - see First Great Western or contact National Rail enquiry line on 08457 48 49 50 for departure times. The journey time is about one and a half hours from London and one hour from Reading.

Rail service from Gatwick to Reading
There are frequent, direct train services between Gatwick and Reading which link with the Paddington/Bath Spa rail service. Also check other rail services which may involve changing trains.
Alternatively take the Gatwick Express to London Victoria train station. From Victoria take the Distict or Circle underground lines to Paddington to connect with trains to Bath.

Travel between Bristol International airport and Bath
There is an express coach service from Bristol International airport to Bristol Temple Meads train station and Bus station - see Bristol International Flyer for more details. Train services between Bristol Temple Meads and Bath Spa station are frequent. Buses X39 / 339 and 332 run regularly to Bath from Bristol bus station. On Sundays, bus 339 runs to Bath from here and the 632 starts at Colston Street, opposite the Colston Hall.
