by the University in the course of its normal business. Please check the

before submitting an individual access to information request.
The University of Bath fully supports increased
public access to information. Some types of information may not, however,
be disclosed. The University is mindful of its obligations under the Data
Protection Act 1998 and takes appropriate measures to safeguard personal
information. It may also decline to reveal commercially sensitive information
